How to set up your restaurant account

Learn the essential steps to create and configure your restaurant account on ForkStation.

  1. Complete your business information including legal name, address, and contact details
  2. Upload required documents (Business License, W-9 form, ID verification)
  3. Add your restaurant profile with logo, banner, and description
  4. Review and submit your application for approval

Adding your first menu items

Start building your menu with your restaurant's signature dishes and offerings.

  1. Create a new menu (e.g., Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) from Menu Management
  2. Add menu items with names, descriptions, prices, and photos
  3. Organize items into categories for easy navigation
  4. Set availability schedules and item visibility

Setting up payment methods

Configure your bank account and payment settings to receive earnings from orders.

  1. Go to Banking settings and add your bank account details
  2. Verify your account information for security
  3. Choose your payout schedule (weekly automatic or instant cashout)
  4. Add a debit card for instant payout options (optional)

Configuring business hours

Set up your restaurant's operating hours and manage special schedules.

  1. Navigate to Business Hours in settings
  2. Set regular hours for each day of the week
  3. Add holiday closures and custom hours for special occasions
  4. Use the pause feature to temporarily stop accepting orders
