Customize Your Account!

Follow these guides to personalize your account settings and optimize your restaurant's configuration. Each step is designed to help you get the most out of the platform.

Updating restaurant profile and information

Keep your restaurant information current and appealing to customers.

  1. Navigate to Restaurant Profile in Business Settings
  2. Update your restaurant name, description, cuisine type, and contact information
  3. Upload or change your restaurant logo and banner images
  4. Save changes - updates appear immediately on the customer app

Managing users and permissions

Add team members and control their access to your restaurant dashboard.

  1. Go to Users settings and click 'Add User'
  2. Enter the user's name, email, and phone number
  3. Assign a role with appropriate permissions (Admin, Manager, Staff)
  4. Send invitation - user will receive email to set up their account

Changing your subscription plan

Upgrade or downgrade your plan based on your restaurant's needs.

  1. Navigate to Subscription settings to view current plan details
  2. Click 'Change Plan' to see available subscription options
  3. Compare plans and select the one that best fits your needs
  4. Confirm the change - new rates apply from the next billing cycle

Connecting POS and third-party integrations

Integrate your POS system or other tools to streamline operations.

  1. Go to Integrations in Business Settings
  2. Browse available integrations (Square, Toast, Clover, Lightspeed)
  3. Click 'Connect' and follow authentication steps for your chosen service
  4. Configure sync settings and test the integration to ensure data flows correctly
