Updating restaurant profile and information
Keep your restaurant information current and appealing to customers.
- Navigate to Restaurant Profile in Business Settings
- Update your restaurant name, description, cuisine type, and contact information
- Upload or change your restaurant logo and banner images
- Save changes - updates appear immediately on the customer app
Managing users and permissions
Add team members and control their access to your restaurant dashboard.
- Go to Users settings and click 'Add User'
- Enter the user's name, email, and phone number
- Assign a role with appropriate permissions (Admin, Manager, Staff)
- Send invitation - user will receive email to set up their account
Changing your subscription plan
Upgrade or downgrade your plan based on your restaurant's needs.
- Navigate to Subscription settings to view current plan details
- Click 'Change Plan' to see available subscription options
- Compare plans and select the one that best fits your needs
- Confirm the change - new rates apply from the next billing cycle
Connecting POS and third-party integrations
Integrate your POS system or other tools to streamline operations.
- Go to Integrations in Business Settings
- Browse available integrations (Square, Toast, Clover, Lightspeed)
- Click 'Connect' and follow authentication steps for your chosen service
- Configure sync settings and test the integration to ensure data flows correctly
