**We offer a no-fees guarantee to our valued partners. If your restaurant is on the Ultimate plan and don't receive at least 20 orders in a given month, you won't pay platform fees for that month. To be eligible, you should not have more than 5 canceled orders and have remained online for at least 95% of the time that you're scheduled to be available.
